Sebastian's Bistro - Lake Buena Vista

Sebastians is one of our favourites, Disney is great at having gluten free options and Sebastians is sooo tasty, with great service. The beef is particularly great. Dessert was amazing but it defeated me, so a return visit is needed to do it again!

Sebastian's has quickly become one of our favorite places to take family. It's a family style restaurant that serves flank steak, pulled pork and grilled chicken. The steak is rubbed with an ancho chili rub that is absolutely divine. They serve rolls with onion chutney and a mango butter that are both mouth watering. For dessert you get a bread pudding that even I enjoy. And I don't usually do bread pudding. But its so good here. We even went to Sebastian's on Thanksgiving day 2022 and they had a turkey dinner prepared for us. It was fantastic! One of the best thanksgiving meals in memory.Update 2023: We went for thanksgiving again this year and unfortunately they did not have a turkey dinner that was made in their kitchen. They did offer one from the quick service next door but for the cost we chose to have the traditional menu. As it turns out, we weren’t dissatisfied! They added a cod to the already amazing array of meats and it was incredible. I was quite pleased with my non-traditional thanksgiving feast. If you’re thinking of trying Sebastian’s, stop thinking and just go. You won’t be disappointed. Unless you suck.

For the price, you truly cannot beat this place! I made a reservation in advance of our trip (4:30 which was a little early) but was able to move it to 7pm the week of, which was great. Our server (did not write it down I apologize) was very sweet and helpful.Each course came out quickly. I honestly could have been happy with the salad and the rolls, they were both so good! My partner is obsessed with the guava butter haha. But I had to save room for the mains.The chicken was amazing! The steak was also very good, not over cooked and tender. The pork was a little dry, I feel like pulled pork is just tough to get right. The fish was fine, not my favorite but not bad. And the sides were all very good.By dessert we were almost ready to burst but the breading pudding was so delicious, make sure you leave a little room for it!Overall I think the Caribbean Beach Resort is underrated for its dining, pool skyliner location. A little walk from the adorable skyliner and right on the picturesque lake, this family-style restaurant was a great choice for dinner while at Epcot. Chef Ludy came to our table since we have a food allergy in our party and she was so sweet and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make our dinner special and our two children were very happy with the desserts she made for them! We will be back!Kid-friendliness: They were accommodating to my children’s wishes and kept the chocolate milk coming (in cups with lids!

Love the place. We've been here 4 times in the last 3 years. The food is very good. Desert, Carmel bread pudding with ice cream was unbelievable!!! Only downside, we were a party of 2. There is not enough room on the table for everything. Hostesses seem to be put out if ask for booth or a table that seats four. I know disney wants to maximize the . But, the customer should not have to be worried about what's going to get knocked off the table.
