Boatwright's Dining Hall

Great food! I first tried to try this place hesitantly, but after this visit I am glad to say that I would come back in the future. The maize bread and butter is an amazing start to the whole dinner (we ended the order of another). We had the French onion soup and Boudin balls that were delicious! As a duck, my party ordered the Jambalaya, Nashville hot chicken and deep south shrimps and grottos. All the ducks were delicious! Although I had better chickens and shrimps in the south, the restaurant still managed to pump out some great food! My only criticism is that the Jambalaya tended to be a bit on the salty side. Desserts were also delish, especially the banana bread pudding. Out Server also offered great customer service.

Warm corn bread with honey butter was a great start. Had the Boudin balls that were better than expected, really good taste combination inside. The plate for me ordered, Brisket and the ribs probably the highlights. Chicken really juicy in nashville hot chicken.

The French onion soup was excellent; all you care about enjoying hotplate was better than average. The ribs were the worst, and the corn was nothing special, but the brisket and chicken teeth were very good. Simple atmosphere and not too lively compared to other places at Disney.

AMAZING!!! I have seen mixed reviews, but honestly, this was the best meal we had on Disney. Our waiter Al was so sweet and the dinner was amazing! Can't wait to go back.

After going to Riverside for a few years and not getting reservations here, we were excited to set one up now that it opened a few days ago. It did not disappoint. The food and service were outstanding. The french onion soup is now on my last meal list! The prime rib and salmon were cooked to perfection while the candied pecan caramel cheesecake was sinfully delicious. We are definitely adding Boatwrights to our dining rotation.
