Un posto fuori tempo con una vista incredibile e una pace che ho appena trovato altrove. un ringraziamento speciale al giovane ragazzo che con gentilezza e cortesia ci ha accolti, permettendoci di godere le panchine per il nostro picnic, senza dover prendere subito qualcosa. A proposito, il kaisershmarn che abbiamo mangiato dopo è stato incredibile!

Uno dei pochi luoghi dove resiste ancora, nei piatti e nel goto, l'alta tradizione dell'atesina.

We stopped for a beer on the way up to Rasciesa and hiked back down for an incredibly satisfying lunch. I can't think of a place where such refreshing drink, satisfying food, and majestic view have come together on a single hike or any outdoor activity. Lunch was perfect polenta with gray cheese and buckwheat gnocchi stuffed with cheese. On their own we would have been satisfied, but the plate of fresh vegetables elevated the meal to divine.

The sight is amazing, the place is as peaceful as they get, and the food, while the choice is limited to about one menu page, is authentic and really good, one of the best among the huts on these mountains, and has consistently been for many years.

Super nice hut, family atmosphere and super nice service. We had an omelette and a Kaiserschmarrn for “breakfast” and both were great.
