Starbucks - LAIE

Staying here for a week on a work trip. Great breakfast sandwich, and fresh fruit bowls, perfect every time. Live music some evenings is wonderful, and staff has been very friendly and helpful. Kudos. Real Aloha spirit!

Bistro is great for breakfast light bf and heavy bf... great ambiance.. indoors snd out... clean toilets ... are always a blessing...

Pretty good food, some times there's an annoying person that yells at the employees. I think she is the manager or something but she is the worst.

The employee told me we're not a Starbucks.. They do use Starbucks coffee though. thats about it.. Don't expect to get your favorite Starbucks coffee drinks and taste the same. You also cannot use a Starbucks gift card.

Severely understaffed and disorganized. Hopefully more staff could help out in the future! We waited 25 min for two lattes with very few people in line and watched as they used regular milk instead of soy and we are lactose intolerant? the lattes were also just horrible. Hope that staff can receive more support and better training because they looked like they needed the help.
