Merriman's Kapalua - Lahaina

We leave our first experience in Merriman?s and it has rightly earned all Rave reviews. Our server Caitlin was a pleasure, the food was delicious, the view was incredible. As others have noticed, make your reservation before arrival in Maui, as it fills, but it is so worth the experience. We will definitely come back!

Pro Tip: Make reservations before you come to Maui! Go here wonderful meal and the best service we had on the island! This facility is very well managed and the meals were all excellent! There are parking options that are complementary. Between two people we ordered three appetizers, two entrees and a dessert from the Prix Fixe. Chow fun was elevated, poki very fresh and clean, mango fresh salad so sweet and tropical with a beautiful pfefferic balance, lamb was the best version and Mac nuts fish a must order so amazingly well cooked! It was warm for us as the sun, but that's it. We sat as close to the water as possible and turned west when the sun went behind Molokai. The dessert was also wonderful. We were so full, it was hard to make it dessert, though remains of the ducks. The costs are currently $120 per person.

Best meal of the trip!! The beautiful food was matched by the delicious sunset. Service was perfection! We were also entertained by the young and talented Ashley Toth, who played guitar and sang songs from the Beatles to Pink Floyd to current artists. A really perfect night?

I tried to book weeks in this restaurant, fortunately there was a cancellation for me and we could book. Wow! I'm so glad we have to go! It is such a beautiful environment, we went in the evening when it was dark, so could not see the sea from where we sat, but still in a cozy spot. The food was fantastic, I can't mistake it in any way. All employees were welcoming, fingers crossed you can get a table!

A better setting for dinner will be hard to find. Incredible service. Wonderful, thoughtfully prepared food. Bottle of wine presented by the sommelier. This is a can't miss experience while in Maui.
