Starbucks - Laguna Woods

The employees at this Starbucks are incredibly friendly, and of course, it’s Starbucks! I really enjoy their blonde roast, especially when I order it as a quad iced shot.

The restaurant is a small spot with a bustling drive-thru. I opted for the walk-up window, which worked out well for me. The service was excellent, and my order was ready without any problems.

This is an interesting spot that serves only drive-thru and walk-up orders. The baristas are friendly, and the service at the walk-up window is impressive. However, the drive-thru can get very busy during peak hours. Plus, parking can be somewhat tricky since the lot is small, and you might end up blocked in by cars waiting in the drive-thru.

The tomato mozzarella sandwich and the drink were both enjoyable. However, I was let down by the service. When I picked up my drive-thru order, the employee handed me my sandwich without any napkins. I tried to point this out to her, but she simply closed the window in my face and ignored me. I had to ask a supervisor for assistance. I'm really disappointed with how this was handled. It’s important to include napkins with food and drinks in a drive-thru. At the very least, she could have asked if I needed any before closing the window. I hope you prioritize proper training for your employees. I would rate the food and drink 4 stars. Thank you.
