Mother's Market - Laguna Woods

I visited this restaurant many years ago and was thrilled to come back. Here is my review of Mother's Market. This store is like a breath of fresh air! They offer a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan food in the café and Deli. They also have a coffee bar, juice bar, and a grocery store with fresh fruits, vegetables, supplements, and bulk items. The focus here is definitely on vegetarian options, similar to Whole Foods Market, and the atmosphere is welcoming, enjoyable, and relaxing. I wish there was a Mother's Market in Los Angeles.

The food is good, but don't visit this place if you are short on time!

I stopped by for lunch and took a look around the small shop. Despite its size, the shelves were full of various items. They seemed to have a good selection of basic vegan products for sale. I didn't have a chance to visit the café, but the Deli section didn't have many items clearly marked as vegan. It seemed to be more focused on vegetarian options. I ended up purchasing a pre-made sandwich and a bag of chips. The vegan chicken salad sandwich was tasty and satisfying. While this shop may have everything you need, I personally prefer the larger mothers' locations that are easier to navigate. Overall, a decent option for vegan shoppers.

While there is a wide range of Veggie products in the shop and in the restaurant, I cannot take these really veggie friendly. I don't think the staff has a hint about what vegans and vegetarians are about. You just don't get it. Even with the great selection, it's not worth shopping there. The prices are also quite high.

I was here many years ago and was totally excited to come back. here is my mother’s market review. what a refreshing air breath is this load! there is such a large selection of vegetarian and vegan food served in caffe and deli. there is also a coffee bar, juice bar, in addition to the food business that carries a series of fresh fruit and vegetables, supplements, bulk food and much more. the variety here is defined vegetarian oriented as whole foods market, and the atmosphere is welcoming, fun and relaxing. I wish there was a mother market in los angeles.
