Wendy's - Laguna Hills

I really enjoy the salads they serve at this restaurant. It's a great option for quick and healthy food.

I had to wait in line for 5 minutes even though there was nobody in front of me. It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed or not working efficiently. It took 15 minutes for me to receive my food, which ended up taking up half of my lunch break.

Just went and ordered dinner from this location. We had to repeat our order 3 times. We even had to correct them when they repeated our order back to us. Turns out, they still messed ours up. They actually gave us exactly what we corrected and said wedidn't want.

This restaurant is incredibly disorganized and filthy! I can't believe the health department allows them to stay open in such a condition. I visited on October 12th at 7 pm.

I went to Drive through on 08/03/22 at 1pm ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich when got back to work and checked my order they gave me a Cheese Burger Called the store to let them know none was available, left a message for them to make sure they?re notmaking the same mistake with other customers
