Starbucks - Laguna Hills

I visited the restaurant at 25 AM and was disappointed with my experience. Upon entering, I received no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff; they seemed focused solely on serving the CHP officers and the drive-thru customers. Frustrated, I decided to get back in my car and use the drive-thru just to get some service. I can only give one star for that.

Honestly, this is likely the best quality pumpkin spice latte I've ever had at any Starbucks. I went early, so there was no line.

I don't drink coffee, but my wife is a big fan and loves to visit Starbucks. I usually enjoy the pastries and sometimes indulge in a Frappuccino. We stopped by this location to grab a coffee for her, and I treated myself to a pastry. The pastry was warm and absolutely delicious. I also picked up a gift card for my sister, who is another Starbucks enthusiast. The girl at the counter was really friendly and shared some jokes about the weather that made me laugh. I had a great time during our visit and was glad my wife suggested we stop at Starbucks.

This brand new location features a convenient drive-thru, modern furniture, bench seating equipped with power outlets, and a well-organized pickup area complete with segment dividers to help sort drinks by name.
