Chuck E. Cheese - Laguna Hills

I was pleasantly surprised by her birthday package for my daughter. It was more affordable than other options and the staff did a good job. My daughter and the other kids had fun, parents had fun, and pizza was good! 10/10 would do it again.

My family and I went today and we had a lot of fun! My husband and I were playing games and laughing along with our toddlers. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I love the card system it?s so much easier than tokens for those who haven?t been to Chuck E. Cheese in awhile. Great fun concept, and good prices!

My kids love this place, use the online coupons to save some dollars. Tons of fun interactive games. They have animatronic Chuck E Cheese show.

The kitchen was very slow but staff very friendly. We had to cancel a pretzel order after we learned it would take 30+minutes. The women's restroom was atrocious. This was the worst part. They need to get staff on a schedule to check it. Very unsanitary. Has not been cleaned in a long while. We will likely not be back.

Now that they've gone to a card system rather than tokens, your child loses a valuable lesson about quantities. When they know they only have five tokens left in their cup, they're a lot more careful about how they spend them. When they have no clue how many points are in their card, they blow right through them.
