Sonny's - Lagrangeville

Awful experience. Ordered through Slice and our order was almost an hour late before I called Sonny’s. They answered the phone incredibly rude stating that Slice was only “available for pickup” even though we had paid for delivery in the app. After contacting Slice, they informed us that the order was just picked up. We called the pizzeria back as we were confused, and instead of apologizing the woman on the phone stated that “they just started offering delivery through Slice”. Truly terribly customer service at an establishment that was known for great service years ago

The food here is pretty mediocre, but the people are nice and it’s very cheap. I had a stomach ache for a while after eating here both times. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Drove from Bellevue nj to this Sunny pizza and there BBQ pizza is amazing out of this world so crispy

The food is good but the staff is not. I had gone in to pick up an order that I had placed and walked in a little early as I did not realize how close I was. As it was chilly outside at the time I decide to just wait inside instead of my car. When I got there, I was asked if I was being helped I said no not yet, but I know that I’m a little early. The woman who is helping me said OK no problem and told me how long it was going to be. After about 5 mins of waiting I heard a different women on the staff say out loud looking directly at me “I hate it when people call their order in and come here and just stare at us working.” Since that I have not gone back.
