Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I can see that the reviews are already negative. I visited with my daughter and grandmother, and a woman named Kahli served us. She was rude to both me and my grandmother, rushing our order and showing a lack of care in her service. This behavior is unexpected for a Zaxby's and I am disappointed that they would hire someone like her. On the flip side, there was a gentleman named Jacob, or possibly Jason, who was working in the dining area. He was helpful, attentive, and made our visit much more enjoyable. I would give him 5 stars for his exceptional service.

I had to wait over 20 minutes past the pick-up time, and when I finally got home, my order was completely wrong! I consistently have issues with getting boneless wings tossed in the incorrect sauce, but if they're going to make me wait, they could at least get the sauce right!

I work here and have to say the atmosphere and the people are great. it's so funny and intoxicated and all my fellow workers come together.

I came to this place at 9:45 a.m. to order food through the drive and they explained that they had only enough to do a zax snack that did not make sense to me because the position closes by 10 a.m., where the worker in the thru running gear also voted. Why do you close before the closing time? you have a job as almost food worker. cook the food according to the menu and serve the customers. Why is that so hard? However, the manager corrected the problem and cooked our food as we asked freshly.

I was calling to fix a transaction. You won't answer your phone. Your loss.Edit: Someone finally answered the phone. I explained that I was calling because my card showed accepted on my receipt but I got a declined notification from my bank. The young lady that claimed to be a manager said it was ok.
