Taco Bell - Lagrange

I was heading back to work and stopped to get food to eat at the office. My first meal of the day and I opened the bag to find half of the taco shell missing..I know whoever fixed it knew that wasn't a whole taco!! Then I didn't get a receipt so I could call them!!

Appears to be a very new building. Touch screen ordering inside and the staff was friendly. Order was correct and the food was good. One of the best Taco Bell experiences I've ever had.

To make matters worse, one of my drinks and a side order were wrong. I had ordered the Cherry Bliss Freeze, but they just handed me a cup without any explanation and went silent again. The side order of Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, which I had requested with extra toppings, was also missing. By the time I finally got my food and drinks, they had locked the door to prevent more customers from coming in. When I left, there were only two cars in the drive-thru, and I had to assist another customer who was trying to get in for what seemed to be a pickup order as well. It wasn’t even that busy, yet I felt completely overlooked. I am very disappointed and likely will not return to this location again.

This visit was pretty standard for Taco Bell. I specifically went there for the Nacho Fries, but unfortunately, their fryer was out of order and they informed me it would take at least 30 minutes before I could get my small order of fries. Since I was on my lunch break, I couldn't afford to wait around (nor did I want to). However, they did add an extra taco to my order as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. While it wasn't what I had originally wanted, I appreciated the effort they made.

The food took an incredibly long time to arrive, and when it finally did, the order was incorrect. I was informed after placing my order that only fried items were available. Additionally, the staff appeared to be in disarray, as if they had been out partying all night.
