Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lagrange

Service was lacking, and they were out of items but what I did get was good.

I did not receive half of my order and the red beans and rice were sour and unappetizing.

I am puzzled by the negative reviews about customer service at this restaurant. Every time I visit, I experience exceptional service, especially from the manager Dominique or Dominic. He communicates effectively with both his staff and customers. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and served hot. The atmosphere embodies true southern hospitality at its best. Comparing this Popeyes in LaGrange, Georgia to those in Miami, Florida, there is no contest. I am already planning my next visit because I am hungry just thinking about it!

I am so grateful for the change in management at this restaurant! My family loves Popeyes, but we had been consistently disappointed by this location in the past. The food was always cold, orders were wrong, and the service was terrible. I had even refused to come back here. However, my husband convinced me to give it another chance today, and I am so glad that I did. The new management has completely turned things around! The food was fresh and hot, the order was correct, and the service was exceptional. All of the employees were happy and eager to please. This positive change is a true testament to the leadership at this location, something that is hard to come by in fast food restaurants. Special thanks to manager Dominique Sr. for the great service and for making Popeyes enjoyable again. Thank you!

This got to be the slowest popeyes in ga! The food is just ok. They put whatever sides they want in your bag. I think they need to be retrained. No other popeyes take this long they be struggling maybe hire more
