Ashoka Indian Tandoori - Lagos

Even though not a vegan place, the cook/staff was very helpful in advising which meals can be converted to a vegan meal. And I tell you it was the best Indian we had since turning cruelty free almost 4 years ago.

The server was quite familiar with vegan needs and suggested various options for us. The food was delicious, pleasantly spicy (many places seem to bring mild food even when we ask for spicy, but they did a wonderful job), and our only regret was that we could not sample more dishes.

Went mad early just as they were opening up. Food was delicious and fresh. Everyone deserves a second chance, especially good people who work this hard running a restaurant is hard. Updated from previous review on 2023-03-22

We were pleased to discover this place. The personnel is very friendly and makes sure everything is right. We have asked to have our dishes spiced as traditional indian food and we were not deceived. Full of flavour and hot punch of spice. Delicious. Would come back for more.
