Smiling Donut - Lago Vista

Absolutely incredible! The service was outstanding; everyone was so friendly. They provided great recommendations and even treated us to some complimentary donuts. We enjoyed the smiling kolaches, the sausage and cheese kolache, the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, and some breakfast tacos, all of which were absolutely delicious! The donuts were among the freshest I've had in a long time. The apple fritter was amazing, as was the blueberry one. Even the plain donuts were tasty. We also tried some smoothies that were excellent and well-presented. The other customers in the shop were very nice as well. The place itself is incredibly cute!

We stayed at an Airbnb just 10 minutes from this place, and it was a real lifesaver. Their hours are from 4 AM to 2 PM, and they have a little bit of everything. We tried the strawberry and raspberry-filled donuts, kolaches, coffee, milk tea, and croissant sandwiches. Today is Thanksgiving, and they were still open and incredibly kind. By the time we returned to the Airbnb, we discovered they had unexpectedly included free donut holes, which was such a lovely surprise!

The donuts, croissant sandwiches, and pastry-wrapped dishes are amazing. I've never had a bad meal here. It's a must-visit for anyone who loves donuts and unique dishes. The prices are quite reasonable, too.

First off let me start by the service. This place might be small but their customer service is huge. Always helping with a smile. This is a true statement to their name! The donuts, well. Another statement and reason to smile. They're amazing. Fresh and flavorful. First time trying the slush. And I love it!
