Wendy's - Lafayette

This is my first review. Congratulations! Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. We arrived at 4:30 PM and placed a to-go order. The burgers were prepared incorrectly, and even after waiting 13 minutes, they were cold—not just lukewarm, but genuinely cold. I live 30 minutes away, so I didn't see the point in calling, as it's clear they are aware of their poor service.

"All the reviews seem to be posted by employees or their friends. Wendy's is definitely the worst in town. The food is often served cold and unappetizing. They frequently get orders wrong, and the lemonade is always served lukewarm. The chicken nuggets arrive hours old, especially during the hours between 2 to 4 and 8 to 12. The burgers are barely cooked, and the cheese is rarely melted. On top of that, the manager is rude. Chris Nicholson has displayed disrespectful and racist behavior; I was called the N-word and treated poorly."

Great food, good prices.Fresh and fast.Employees are professional quick and friendly.Breakfast is nice and easy.Lunch is always good.Dinner is ready for you to pickup, Door dash ordine in. However you want it and always the way you like it.Can't beat this place.

I don't know the names or I'd drop them but I had some of the best service than I've had in a long time. Friendly funny people. Thank you for that! It's refreshing! Give em raises! 9:05 pm June 2!

Dining room was open. Some restaurants don't. Good service every time we've been there.
