Subway - Lafayette

The first encounter with the young woman at the restaurant, who seemed genuinely pleased to see us, was quite disappointing. She came across as cold and lacked basic customer service skills. I had to repeat my order multiple times; in fact, I found myself stopping her and repeating my request eight times just to let her know I didn't want mayo on my sandwich anymore. Perhaps if she took her earbuds out, she might have been able to listen better. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was concerning—the floors were in desperate need of cleaning and were very sticky. I won't be returning; her attitude clearly reflects the management of the place.

This Subway location does not accept coupons. I understand it's a franchise, but they should still honor the company's coupons. I won't be returning to this Subway again.

It is a subway and has not disappointed. reese, the sandwich coach, did what is one of the best spicy Italian subway sandwiches I had and he was thrilled to build it. Thank you. reese! if they are hungry for the subway, this is one to choose.

Got a 6 inch meatball sub...meat was not warm...had to put in my microwave before it could be eaten.
