I've never encountered such a rude waiter in my life! We did nothing disrespectful; we simply informed him that we were ready to place our order. When he finally came over, he was extremely harsh about insisting that we needed to tip well while taking our orders. He even said, "Don't eat here if you don’t give enough tips!" We ended up leaving without even completing our order. It was unbelievable! I've never experienced anything like it before!

The food was very enjoyable, and the portion size was decent. The dining area is spacious and pleasant. It's great to see a strong family-run operation. Food rating: 4/5.

I ordered the Mapo Tofu and Szechuan green beans, while my dad had the General Tso's chicken. Everything was delicious and definitely hit the spot! I would definitely order again. The portions were large, the service was quick, and the food was clean and fresh. While the Mapo Tofu wasn’t vegetarian, I didn’t mind because I’m not strict about that.

I was figuring out the tip after dinner yesterday, and the only options on my receipt were 18%, 20%, and 22%. Then a woman, who I wasn't sure was a waitress, approached me and informed me in Chinese that I needed to choose from those three options. Is it acceptable for a business to dictate how much their customers should tip? Do local merchants also instruct customers on how to fill out their tips? As a Chinese person, I felt a bit offended by this. In the end, I decided to leave a 15% tip; the food was decent, and the service was average.

The restaurant has a mandatory 20% tip (calculated after tax) along with a service fee of $3.41 for dining in with three people. I overheard some disagreements at the adjacent table regarding the obligatory tip and service charge. While the food was decent, the overall experience was not very pleasant. Food rating: 3/5.
