Noodles Company - Lafayette

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was lacking, and you can't order online or over the phone at this location. I visited today and ordered some food, requesting soy sauce on the side. I was charged for it, but when I got home, I discovered there was none in the bag. This meant I had to drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant. When I arrived, the staff member said nothing and handed me the soy sauce without any apology, despite it being their mistake. Unfortunately, I've encountered problems at this location multiple times.

My husband and I ordered Noodles Co. for catering for our wedding in August. Not only was it the cheapest option we could have ordered for our 450 guest wedding, but the food was delicious! The catering manager, Meghan, was extremely professional andthorough as we prepared. She was upfront that it was the largest catering order their location had ever received, and she wentthe extra mile to be sure our special day was a success. We had a couple of skype calls to prepare, discussed even the tablelayout to make the food service as smooth as possible. We were able to order Pad Thai, which was both gluten-free and dairy-freefor our many guests with those limitations. They provided two servers with a tip jar, and I hope they did well! They served themeal so quickly, and many MANY guests commented to me afterwards how much they loved the food. It was hot and delicious. Achallenge for an order as large as ours. I tried this place for the first time and ordered the pad thai. The service was quick and attentive. I just wish the noodles had a bit more sauce. Overall, it’s pretty good quick food!

Helpful staff was ready to answer any questions about the menu, and the food was fresh and delicious! A great place to try new things or combine familiar favorites, with plenty of healthy options including vegetarian dishes like zoodles and tofu.

The customer service is excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious! If you're not in the mood for traditional noodles, you can opt for zucchini noodles, and they taste fantastic.
