Kfc - Lafayette

I just purchased three large servings of their mashed potatoes and gravy to go with a rotisserie chicken from Walmart. They are amazing! The cashier was incredibly friendly, and the store was very clean.

The food quality has declined recently. I'm not sure if they stopped making their own chicken breading, but I'm really disappointed that they've removed the only tater wedges around. Please bring back the old style! I'm also frustrated that they're getting rid of the buffet; it was my favorite spot for lunch.

We visited the drive-thru and were instructed to park and wait for our food, along with four other cars. They didn't inform us about any delays either before or after we paid for our order. We ended up waiting over 10 minutes for our food without any communication about what was happening.

Sad to say that I am very disappointed with the Brand altogether today. First of all the campaign of a Free soda Bucket with purchase of a 12 or 16 piece Bucket Meal... PLEASE!! A plastic bag is NOT a BUCKET!! In the advertisement picture with themeal, it actually looks like a Bucket, complete with a handleI Reality is it is a heavy gauge plastic bag with a pleated bottomand a screw on cap at the top. Can you say bait and switch ? I can. I can also say fraud. Shame on you KFC

Asked for sauce with popcorn chicken. Get to hospital room and there is none. So simple... Who is bringing me my sauce? Last time I go here
