Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Lafayette

I am particular when it comes to Potato Salad, but I must say, this one was delicious. The sliced brisket and pork ribs were fantastic. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

I got the Giant Baker with Meat the potato wasnt warm, hade no taste either, and the pullpork was bland. Lemonade was also super tart. The best part was the pecan pie! It was actually pretty good.

I thought the meat portion was a Lil small for the price. My biscuit tasted terrible. My Bar B Q beans were crunchy and my green beans tasted old. The meat was good though.

I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The beef was very fatty the first time we ordered. We thought a chicken baked potato would be better, but this time it only had a few slices of meat and butter on it. None of the usual toppings were included, not to mention the extra toppings we paid for. The beans were also too sweet and had a strange taste in the second order. Overall, the food was expensive and definitely not worth it.

We enjoyed the two meat plates at this restaurant. The ribs were tender and the turkey and brisket were both tasty. However, we were not impressed with the baked beans and felt that the portions were small. Despite this, we would still consider dining here again in the future.
