Had the worst onion rings ever. Barely any batter and soggy. Very disappointed they even served me them.

Staff was great and helpfull. Meals came quick and was patient with me when I asked for utensils and extra napkins since they were out in the dispenser. Burgers were good. I will pass on the onion rings next time and get a double order of the poutine instead.

We patiently waited for 25 mintues in drive through. I couldn 't believe that we ordered a baby burger with NO CHEESE. The person still asked us if we 'd like to ADD cheese? We said no, we just had said NO CHEESE. Then, they repeated our order and said baby burger with CHEESE ... as part of our order. We again corrected them and said NO CHEESE, our daughter is allergic to dairy. They said oh yes, no cheese. We drive off with our food and 15 minutes down the road when my daughter went to eat her burger, after she finished her chicken strips, her baby burger had CHEESE in it. Needless to say that it went to the garbage. It was very disappointing and frustrating that even after relayed our NO CHEESE request, they were able to still manage to screw it up. We couldn 't believe it. Never going there again. If my daughter would have taken a bite out of her burger and gotten ill, they would have been dealt a lawsuit.Dietary restrictions: My daughter has a dairy allergy and even after telling them NO CHEESE, then having to correct them multiple times as they read back our order to us, they still screwed it up! I couldn 't believe it.

Don't waste your money.This used to be a decent location, but no more. Quality slipping steadily burgers thrown haphazardly together, long LONG drive through waits, etc. This morning I grabbed a breakfast sandwich on my way to Nanaimo. It. Was. REVOLTING! Stone cold. Not the type of cold when been left a bit too long while waiting for other food to cook I'm talking refrigerated cold. Stale and dry. It didn't cool on my way as was in my hand less than a minute after leaving the drive through. Sort of suspect yesterday left over that someone tried extremely unsuccessfully to reheat. Not edible was discarded and went to another chain drive through at least hot and fresh. This location also doesn't bother with the latest promotions no frozen root beer or coffee drinks. Seems a bit like they are sinking and cutting corners/expenses wherever they can. If this is all they can do, suggest they close absolutely not doing the brand any favours.

Stopped in for a quick burger with a friend. Burger was ok, sweet potato fries were warm and limp and the bag they serve them in was really greasy. The tables were dirty, not wiped down, fruit flies were buzzing around the garbage, which was overflowing. There was no water to wash your hands in the ladies room. When I mentioned it to staff, they seemed unconcerned. Worst experience here yet. I will not be back.
