Little Caesars Pizza - Ladson

Little Caesar is our family dinner go to when we are in a pinch for dinner. I get what my family wants with fast service every time.

Pizza was freshly made. I never have any issues with this location.

Sarcastic attitude from manager when her employee messed up. I went in forv4 pepperoni pizzas. They only had 2 ready so I ordered 4 and 1 order of breadsticks. I asked for the breadsticks up front. I watched multiple pepperoni pizzas go out the drive thru window. I heard ordered up. I saw more pizzas out the window. I asked about my pizzas and was told we r waiting on the breadsticks. I told him I already have them.The manager went and got the 4 pizzas for me and with held them as I went to get them. She wanted to tell me how her buzzer system work. I told her I don't care because I was in a hurry. She made a few more comments. On the way I thanked her for her sarcasm. She said something sarcastic about me being a customer.Proper response would have been sorry for the delay and thank you for your business.

The other day I ordered a Pepperoni Cheese bread thinking It would be normal and good how it generally is. However I got home to finally eat, I open up the box and it is the most perfect cut pizza I’ve ever seen. I had to go back and recognize the person who made and cut it. I mean it was so amazing I had to make it my profile picture. It ended up being this young handsome man named Donte. Name seemed familiar and I remembered he is just one of the most friendly , quickest, great customer service members there. Again thank you Donte !

I walked in to the cashier walking to the lobby, went right past me and just stared blankly to my face. No smile or greeting or even basic recognition. I asked for a call in order and the only reply was repeating the name and the total and not a single word extra. Paid for it, and end of social interaction (if there ever was any to begin with). No thank you, have a nice day, enjoy or basic service niceties. I might as well just bought a frozen pizza and did self checkout at the store because that 's about the same level of customer service I received. Not doing this just to complain, only asking for mgmt to teach these skills. I have been working food bev for 20+ years and this would not be tolerated of me. Food was good though, place was clean.
