Little Caesars Pizza - Ladson

I forgot what I ordered, but I know it was listed on the hot ready menu board on the thru drive, but not told on Hot Ready. So we had to wait about 15 minutes.

To come quite close to the closing time, we expected to wait for our food. The gentleman waiting for us at the window was very friendly and when he gave us our hive, we asked if the signal would get to the gas station because my tire needed air. He told us that it should, but if it doesn't or its air doesn't work, he had a pump and would like to help if we needed it..

Worst customer service I have ever received for small Caesar.. simply trashy staff for the two women at the front.. straight up rude for no reason and lazy at about 8pm on August 3rd.

The pizza remains one of our favorites, but unfortunately, the service at several locations has really declined. I've never encountered so many employees who seem indifferent to their work. During our most recent visit, we walked in and had to initiate the conversation, asking for assistance, while the employee just stood there looking completely lost. We ordered online but still had to wait an additional 10 minutes past the promised completion time. As owners of a sedan company with busy and unconventional hours, we don’t have a consistent dining routine, so we often rely on Little Caesars a few times a week. However, after our recent experiences, we might have to consider switching to another provider.

I'm really having an issue with this restaurant. Last week, I was charged for an extra pizza that I neither ordered nor received! Now, I'm facing problems again this week. Since I work nearby, this is usually my go-to lunch spot. Today, I called in my order well in advance—10 minutes before my lunch break even started! I ended up waiting for my food the entire duration of my break, and they still messed up my order! It's unbelievable. I understand that someone was being trained, but the experienced staff member on duty didn't even attempt to assist; they just sat back and let the poor trainee struggle! If this is how you define excellent customer service, I must say, you need to do better!
