Contribuiți la feedbackI want to commend an employee at the Starbucks located in Ladera Ranch in the Bridgepark Plaza. I want the managers any supervisors to know that Jacquelyn has gone above and beyond to help me MULTIPLE times on different occasions when I come into Starbucks.I am always greeted by Jacquelyn by my name as soon as I walk into Starbucks, and she takes her time to ask me how I am doing, and how she can help with my order. She makes me feel like an important customer, and I’ve seen that I’m not the only one she treats with exceptional service in this way. Jacquelyn is the reason I only go to this Starbucks location in Ladera Ranch.I would personally recommend Jacquelyn be recognized for her exceptional service, kindness, and personability, with the opportunity to receive a raise or a promotion. Thank you Jacquelyn, I can never thank you enough!
I wanted to write a review to thank Jaclyn for her kindness one morning when I ordered on mobile to the wrong store. I come to this Starbucks a fair amount but I don’t think they recognize me as I always order mobile. Even though I didn’t know Jaclyn she kindly had my drink remade for me without charge even though it was my mistake. I know most baristas would not have done that so wanted to recognize her great customer service!
Weird vibes from staff today then when I realized my receipt had 3 bread items when I bought 2, I went back and requested a refund for 1 item charged twice and he said “I saw you walk out with 2 bags” and I said yes “not 3” Very rude to blame the customer who was overcharged instead of saying “I’m sorry”I’m a great tipper AFTER my order is right and that doesn’t happen in Ladera.
Giving 5 stars just because.Watched some lady get upset because her coffee “wasn’t made right”Went on to cut everybody and made sure she got service first.Not sure what it is but people who do this are complete trash.Good customer service here.
Note: this Starbucks is closed on Christmas, it appears there is an error on Starbucks and Google. Starbucks is accepting mobile orders and taking money by mistake.
