I just wanted to say that I never used to come here, but I will definitely be visiting a few times a week now that you have Skoops vegan ice cream! Can you please offer it year-round?

Would be a 5 star review without question, smoothies are amazing! But they have stupid “policies” with their app/rewards program…such as, you can’t pay more to upgrade the size. To think a business actually made this decision on purpose is just mind blowing. SMDH

I came in a week later to see if they had turned the music down, they finally turned it down so it's possible to actually talk to the person who's helping you. From now on, I will only pay with cash because when you pay with a credit card it forces you into giving them a tip. The choices are either no tip or larger tip than I think is necessary. I don't mind giving a dollar tip but there's no choice for that. And once more, you have to tip before you get service so you don't know whether or not it's good service or not. I reward good service, but I hate to tip prior to knowing what I'm going to be getting. In this case, they should've tipped me the service was pretty slow. Next time, I bring cash.

I have been a resident of Ladera for a long time and have been coming to this location since it opened. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning, especially since there are two others nearby. I visited with my toddler on a Thursday afternoon and when I walked in, there was no one in sight. I thought they may have closed early since I didn't hear or see anyone. After a few minutes, someone finally came out from the back. Their attitude was okay, but not overly friendly or apologetic for the poor service. I ordered a smoothie and a gift card, but there seemed to be confusion about how to process the gift card. The manager came out but did not acknowledge me or say anything. The smoothie was made quickly but it tasted watery and wasn't blended properly. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and won't be returning. Sorry Nekter.
