I decided to grab some breakfast and attempted to call the restaurant multiple times, but all I got was a busy signal. Frustrated, I went in to place a takeout order. Despite there being plenty of staff, not a single person greeted me. I felt completely ignored as they merely glanced over at me while I stood there for ten minutes. Eventually, I left and took my business elsewhere. I used to love this place, but it has definitely changed for the worse. After being treated like this, I won't be returning, and neither will my husband, who was equally unimpressed. If I could give negative stars, I would. I also plan to share my experience with everyone I know.

It was a fantastic place! Unfortunately, it is currently closed until further notice. I have great memories from my time there, and I will keep you updated on any reopening news. As of Monday, August 21, 2023, it has been closed for a couple of months. I'll let you know as soon as it opens again!

We arrived just before the restaurant had to unexpectedly close early for an inspection, but the staff was fantastic and treated us wonderfully. However, some of the customers who were turned away were completely unacceptable. As for kid-friendliness, the waitress did a great job accommodating our two toddlers.

I don't understand why, when a popular restaurant is sold and the owner keeps the old name, they don't keep the menu items the same!!!! The corn chowder, which was by far the best in the Lakes Region, is no longer an option. Also, this used to be a place where the staff knew what they were doing and you could count on a quick, good meal. Not anymore.

The way this place treats customers is insane ... had an issue with the price change and they have an employee attack me in my post and claim that every server i have had over the last three years has charged me wrong... same employee made it clear that if I'm not willing to pay more for whatever reasons they want to add more on my business is not wanted... Disgusting way to treat someone who had been a customer since childhood let alone any customer ever. Used to have a 5-star review for this place. Won't make the mistake of going there again.
