Boston Pizza - Lacombe

Great place to eat on location, probably a four star had we not gotten some food for pickup. We got a poorly put together, practically frozen Hawaiian pizza. A Fiesta Chicken pizza with crust the consistency of hardtack. And after clearly stating which sauce we wanted with our bandera bread they managed to get that wrong. If your going to order for pickup (which I'd advise against) make sure that your food is satisfactory before you leave. Save yourself the hassle and get food from here when you have the time to sit down. You'll have a much better experience that way.

Was denied delivery at 1030pm when they stop delivery at 1130 due to contract with jofree?? Ordered for pickup at 1145 and was told to pickup up before 12 or I wouldn't receive order. Website says 1am. Poor customer service terrible app. One star cause u cant give 0

The wife and I ordered a prime rib burger with fries. For dessert I chose to have a white Sangria Smash, a delicious alcohol filled beverage. It was a good meal. And the service was excellent. Waitress did a great job checking on us once every six minutes. Keep up the great work Boston pizza.

When we first moved to Lacombe, we had no idea where to go to be our go to after a long day. Turns out it 's the Boston Pizza lounge. The staff make us smile, and remember our preferred drink choices. We feel welcomed, and valued, and love to chill there.
