W Event Boutique - Lackawanna

Great venue! I've attended various events here multiple times. Today, I captured pictures of the decorations, particularly impressed by the excellent work of Magic Flowers Event Rentals at a baby shower. Highly recommend both the venue and these decorators to anyone reading my review! @magicflowerseventrentals

I went to go inquire view this space and was met with absolutely horrible customer service from the owner. He was making sarcastic remarks throughout the whole conversation, laughed at our questions, and most of all he was condescending and rude. I was more than happy to decide not to give my money to a business that doesn’t provide basic respect to potential customers.

Edgar was professional at first, but when a personal family issue came up and I decided to cancel the venue, all I expected was a simple response back, acknowledging my email. He completely ignored me, which was unprofessional. I tried reaching out again asking if the venue was still available and he didn’t respond back. I understand that things happen, and I wasn’t expecting a full refund since I knew the contract said it was non-refundable but a simple response back would have been nice. If something unexpected happens, I don’t think he is very understanding, if plans change.
