Worst service, they never fillow proper directions when taking an order. Will not be coming here anymore. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's timhortons they charge extra for no reason... and food never tastes good... coffee is always bad ... Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

@Google, Can we get a Zero star option? 1 star for this Tim Hortons is way too much! After moving to the area for almost 1yr now, they've managed to amaze me with a bad/wrong order EVERY SINGLE TIME! Today was the last time I'll ever stop at this time. Ordered an iced coffee, clear cup, could see right away something was wrong... Complained to the lady, she told me to mix/shake my drink. Did that and took a sip, tasted horrible. Complained again and asked for a new one. She took the cup and added sugar and gave it back to me... Seriously? What a joke this place and the workers.

By 6am everyday the drive thru is backed up and they only have 1 lane open. Start opening the 2nd drive thru lane for the passenger side, it would flow way faster and make the drive thru less backed up and wouldn’t need to spent 10-15 minutes in the drive thru. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had the worst experience at drive thu today, the order taker was not concentrated enough to take the orders. we did have missing stuff at the window as there were two order takers and got confused. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
