This little sugar shack is one of the best i've ever been to. The food was delicious - sausages, beets, eggs, smoked ham. The desserts were the best! You can even buy some of their products at a very good price. We purchased 3 dozen eggs fresh from their farm. Lots of farm animals to see that are well taken care of and have plenty of land. Will definitely go again :)

Nous cherchions une cabane à sucre familiale et nous sommes ravis de notre choix ! La bouffe est délicieuse, ni trop grasse, ni trop sucrée, et de qualité ! La salle est petite et non bruyante, ce qui est très agréable. C'est un service à l'assiette et la boss, Nathalie, est très conviviale ! Le tour des animaux sentiers est une belle balade à faire également. Il est certain que nous recommanderons cette cabane et que nous reviendrons !
This was my second experience with going for dinner at a Cabane a Sucre, and it was lovely. When we arrived there was lots of parking, and it was beautiful with snow covered trees. There was a pathway in the woods, and a barn of animals to go visit too, while we waited for the dinner to start. When the dining area was opened up to us, it had been set with lovely china and tablecloths and settings, and little name cards at the table. Service as slow, so I don't think this would be great with kids or impatient people, it is designed to be a long enjoyable and very filling meal. There was a LOT of food, and it was all quite good. Portions were overly generous. The egg soufle is the best egg dish I have ever had in my life. I didn't think it was possible to make eggs taste that good. The sausages were also amazingly good. Service was very warm and friendly and very personalized. We did not have to share our dishes with other groups, so I felt the hygiene was better than with some other Cabane a sucre's. I really liked the intimate feeling of this place, not too many people, good quality food, nice table cloths and dishes, and a friendly and warm environment.
