Red Robin in Lacey place looks run down. Loud music blasting from the kitchen. From the dining area, you could hear the kitchen staff using profanity. My burger was barely warm, and the cod fish meal had no taste. Cole slaw looks old, and there is no taste. We will not be back

The food at this Red Robin location is inconsistent, especially with takeout orders. Despite this, the restaurant is always crowded, to the point where it's difficult to find parking. It seems like there is a high demand for another Red Robin location in the area. The current location is struggling to keep up with the demand, which affects the quality and cleanliness of the store. Hopefully, more Red Robins will open in this area in the future.

Went in here and was immediately greeted by a young girl who was so disheveled in her appearance I thought she was homeless. She had stuff hanging out of her nose that she kept playing with and then handled utensils and menus without washing her hands in-between playing with the things hanging out of her nose. She looked like she doesn't know what a hairbrush is and it was messy and everywhere. Fast forward to the food, I ordered the bbq chicken sandwich. It was horribly dry and overcooked leather on a bun. The tea was decent though. My husband got the queso burger he said it was halfway decent. Not long after leaving my stomach curdled and I had to run to the bathroom. Don't waste your money coming here unless you want to spend the rest of your day in the bathroom

The negative reviews are surprising to me so maybe they've improved recently? We were craving burgers on a road trip so stopped by this location in Lacey. It was crowded on a Friday evening but we were seated right away and met with a friendly waitress. The burgers were as tasty as I expected from Red Robin. First time getting the Southern Charm burger and I recommend it. We did have to call over our waitress a couple times but it looked like she was busy
