Pizza Time - Lacey

I ordered online. They charged me. Then I get a notice the order was canceled. Why? Because they were out of cheesecake. So they canceled the whole order. Instead of calling. Hey we r out of cheesecake. Did you still want the pizza and chocolate cake? Why yes I would thanks for asking. Could u throw another piece of chocolate cake on the order then? See how easy that is? I think the person that got the order was just lazy and looking for any reason to get rid of orders. Good job.

Seriously the worst worst worst worst pizza place in the world. I ordered my pizza and I get to the place listed on their website and the shop is closed down empty building I call them they say they moved somewhere farther away I head over and when I get there the door is locked and no one is answering the windows have a film so no one can see inside. I wasted my time and gas on a wild goose chase for nothing please don't waste your time or money and last time I got pizza they short changed me 5 dollars . I tired to give the place the benefit of the doubt but i will never go there and I will tell everyone I know never shop there 0 stars

It would be nice if they were open. Every time I try calling an order they don’t answer or they say they’re closed during the day.

I was allowed to order online for lunch and got a ready time of 12:15 to 12:30. Entered credit card payment and then went to pick up the order to find the doors locked. Called on the phone and mailbox was full. Received a cancelled order message, 20 minutes later. Not a reputable place. don't waste your time.

Gave them another shot and they blew it. A customer of over 10 years ! They didn't deliver what they were supposed to no change back . The delivery guy was polite although I must say. Please don't go there the one in Olympia has great service better pizza and overall better place.
