Contribuiți la feedbackThe “supervisor” Zack was rude as hell for no reason when I asked for help on an order. Definitely understand why that’s the peak of his life working as a shift lead for Pizza Hut. Best of luck to anyone having to put up with that reject.
On-line ordering is an absolute frustrating experience. I was on the web-site for the location I wanted placed my order, received the confirmation number. The order went to another location several miles away from us. The staff at the store I ordered from was useless in helping locate my order. Told me to go to all the other locations in a tri-city area to find my order for pick up. On-line customer service was just a inept as the Hawks prairie staff at helping me locate the order. Samantha at the Yelm Hwy location was able to help me (FINALLY). My order had ended up at her location and she was able to refund me. I learned that confirmation number is absolutely useless and has no bearing on order location. The Pizza Hut system is not able to help you locate your order, only what is for that particular location. Why have a confirmation number is it is useless. And looking it up by phone number they can only tell the last time you ordered from them. The system needs to be updated to allow the stores to use the confirmation number to locate the order.
Can’t even take an order with payment without getting confused.
Pizza was hot, fresh, loaded with toppings and a great carryout price!! It was ready before I arrived and service was friendly. Just an excellent experience at the Lacey Pizza Hut.
Customer service was ok. We walked in and there was no one at the front. About a 30 seconds to a minute someone came up. Food was good but the stuff crust was little to non existent.
