Chick-fil-a - Lacey

Was pretty ordinary for a chicken sandwich. Too much bun. The waffle fries also did not seem like they were fully cooked. They didn't have the crispy, crunchy outside.

I actually really love the chicken sandwich! Service today was fast and Lucy was very friendly! Place was clean!

I got a very bad experience here today. The lady who was serving was giggling with the client infront of me without taking into consideration of the queue behind them. I stayed in line for about 15 minutes and when it was my turn she simply change her uniform and left. I then was served with a polite lady and and i complained to the lady who checking if ypu paid yet. I was the served fries with alot of salt and i had not asked fir salt in my fries. I had to throw away my fries. Very dissappointed at this particuler chick fil A.

This is (as most of them are) a very very busy Chick-fil-A. The service was outstanding as always. The food was really hot and fresh. The only problem I really had here, is the bathrooms. This location is right off the I-5 and so it gets a ton of travelers. The three of us were in that exact scenario when we popped in. There is only one urinal and one toilet in the men's room. Granted everything looked clean, but there was a massive wait to use a restroom. This is why I knocked the atmosphere down two points. Other than that the place was great!Parking: Parking is kind of atrocious here. Lots of lanes going lots of directions and you have to cross blindly into moving traffic sometimes a few times.

My problem was that my order was delayed because the driver bailed on the order and I had to wait for another driver
