Burger King - Lacey

I just went through the drive-through. The kid that was taking orders had no clue How to enter anything in and when I got up to the window, they forgot what my order was, did not give me my drink, and did not follow instructions I said on the chicken wraps I received. Awful service.

Usually they are so polite. Very polite. Not today. The guy running the drive thru was very rude and short with me.

Not a single person makes you feel welcome here..The hashbrowns were extremely cold. We will not come back

Sitting in drive though as we speak. Took almost 10 minutes for order taker to take my order by the time I made it to drive through speaker. Drive through is stacked with cars and hasn't moved for another 10 minutes. Still counting.....

I was craving some food and came across this Burger King I'm so glad I did the whopper was really fresh and the fries well all I can say is WoW as I normally don't like BK fries.Thanks BK!
