Cantina Del Mare - LACCO AMENO

Delicious lunch at this pretty family restaurant. Shared a lovely vegatable starter, followed by a perfect fish pasta, fresh salad, and delicious Rabbit. And the wine... Wish I had time to try everything on the menu...!

Disappointing, poor quality of food despite the presentation by the boss as an establishment advocating slow food, expensive , very poor value

In September I was spending my Holiday in Lacco Ameno. By accident for lunch I stopped by La Cantina del Mare. The owner Pierpaolo was very friendly suggesting us a light lunch based on grilled local fresh fish and salad. Greco di tufo wine was oversolme!! My wife enjoied the place and the company of Pierpaolo a real philosopher of italian food and wine. The price was on line with high quality of the food!! I’ll never forget it!! Very recommemded. I’ll come back.

Restaurant where we all ate well. as appetizers we tasted the tuna tartara and the soutè of mussels and clams, very good apart from a march clam which was however impossible to notice. as first we took spaghetti with clams and friarielli and a pasta with frog fisherman: good even if from the fishing frog I expected something more. great sweet orange tiramisu. Great attention to gluten intolerance, with availability of pasta. Price about euro per person with a sparkling wine not precious. I can't give the top of the votes, but the judgement is still good.

The place is intimate and nice. very kind and friendly staff, we were guided by them in choosing dishes. all very good and fresh, I recommend this place for those who want to dine well and in tranquility. but the prices are a bit excessive: eat scampi for people (half cadauno) and pay euro, it is a can too. very good spigola with salt and mashed potatoes with citrus fruits.
