El Pinar Manolito - La Zubia

I have visited this place by chance. The place itself is fine. It is situated on the way to Cumbres Verdes. Restaurant is huge. Directly in the entrance is situated big grill, which promises good meals. Boring chairs from Alhambra brewery of all colors and sizes... We ordered Alhambra 1925 and tinto de verano. They brought Alhambra Especial and tinto. Tapa baked potato with sause Ok. I have asked for grilled octopus. Yes, it was fast. But why the hell is the grilled octopus cold inside? The taste avarage. After we asked the whiskey cake deep freezed, it remembered me old days but not grandmoth´s time. As a defens of the restaurant I can understand that not all the places can have super high quality and I am pretty sure, that they have their own clients. The reason why I am giving the worst star is, what happend afterward. I asked the bill. The steward came and TOLD me: 24.5€. I looked at him and waited for paper bill. But nothing happend!!!!! I took out money and gave him 25. After 3 min he gave me back 0,5€ again without bill. I said: Please, can you give me the bill? He told me of course. Look at the photos what he brought!!! So, dear owener, I dont know if it is normal acting in yout restaurant, but if I were you I would check your personal, because it seems to me that they can steel your money with this way and also you can have a lots of problem with it.

...Un servicio excelente muy amables...la comida muy buena (tenéis que probar las albóndigas) y además nos metieron las cervezas un rato en el congelador y ya era todo un espectáculo...merece mucho la pena ir si venís a la Zubia...

Muy buena comida un servicio bastante bueno y el jefe muy atento a todo es muy recomendable para todas las épocas del año pero en verano sobre todo

Nos ha gustado mucho el sitio por su ubicación en el campo, lo que les pido es que aprendan a hacer las papas a lo pobre, pues estaban como cocidas y algunas crudas.
