Kfc - La Vista

I ordered the large meal that comes with 30 pieces of chicken, potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. However, when I got home, I discovered they forgot the coleslaw, so I had to go back. It was a busy holiday period, but I believe they need to focus more on the customers who are dining in rather than just those in the drive-thru.

On a positive note, the food was hot and delicious, but I was disappointed to find my biscuit was smashed and looked unappetizing. It's important to double-check that customers have everything they need before they leave. Overall, the experience could benefit from a bit more attention to detail in order-taking. I’m hoping for a better experience next time, but for now, I'll give it a 4-star rating for the hot and fresh food.
