Burger King - La Vista

Kia, worked the ride through... great personality... friendly and a positive attitude. The order was made right and very well assembled.

I have completely updated my review and updated from a star to a five-star service. The last few times I was in this Burger King, the staff was very friendly, professional and really trying to make me as a customer, feel welcome and appreciated. This last time I visited them, they were very busy, and they were still able to handle all orders efficiently and from what I could see exactly. My order, was somewhat larger than normal and could still get it and a very short time. All articles were fresh and look very well made. It's like the Burger King and I really appreciate it. I am glad to say that the last visits were very pleasant and I would recommend this Burger King to everyone in the area.

This Burger King is surprisingly nice and quite enjoyable, to the extent that it's even better than McDonald's, unlike many other Burger Kings I've visited.

We visited the restaurant tonight, and I'm happy to say it was a much better experience than in the past. Today really brought back memories of the good old days! The sandwiches were excellent, and everything, including the rolls, was fresh. It was surprisingly busy, considering there were only two staff members working. At one point, a guy even ran after his fries that accidentally went out the back door to avoid waiting in line again! It seems they've taken the negative reviews to heart and made some improvements!

She also offered us a drink carrier for our four drinks (to ensure they wouldn't spill) and placed our two bags of food in a plastic bag without us even having to ask! While waiting for our order, I observed her interactions with other customers, and she treated everyone with the same warmth and friendliness. Despite the potential stress of dealing with unhappy customers, she handled everything with a positive attitude. Our food arrived quickly, and it was fresh and hot. The staff even remembered to include the sauces and napkins! Overall, the service here was truly wonderful!
