L'Etage - La Trinité-sur-Mer

Drink with my family and what a place! the lookout is spectacular and the staff is very helpful and super friendly! a few cocktails ordered and they were of very high standard! great atmosphere and simply the best bar in la trinité sur...mer credit to the personal for us to feel home soon again!

Maybe. I was overly enthusiastic when I wrote the review last year, or maybe the thing changes. the location remains excellent with a fantastic view, eating is good, and sophie continues to extend all its warm and charming welcome. but the personal has changed, there is one. new head office etc., probably efficient, but not as friendly as previous teams were. prices have risen, which is not surprising, except for drinks where the quality has certainly decreased. tipp: do not ask for a mojito unless they really want to pay 9 euro for an overpriced limonade! I lifted up this with the chef waiting, and when I revitalized it on my second visit, he told me that the law writes how much alcohol they can put in a mojito, the bar staff is thereby restricted! it would be great to know which law is that, especially since it clearly ignores on a beach bar, only 100 meters away, where they produce excellent mojitos at a lower price.

This is an excellent restaurant for lunch, the best we have seen recently in la trinite. the menu changes every week and eating is fantastic, best tuna steak I had in many years, the seafood is excellent and the bump steaks are. Top-class, all too reasonable. Beyond that, without any doubt it is the best bar to get with mojitos as good as you could in havanna. it is very popular, but the staff are very friendly and manage the demand very efficiently.

On one of the many hot days we had during our recent stay we called in twice for liquid refreshments and a sun soaked view of the marina and estuary. Great range of IPAs added to our happiness and meant thus would be a part...of our circuit during our two week stay.

We did not eat here but did stop twice for drinks before going on further into town. It a superb spot to watch the yachts/boats come in and relax as the sun sets. The staff were friendly and it has a lively vibe.
