Given the owner 's response, I even regret not being able to put 0 stars and yet it is not my habit to rate the places I go badly. Their mediocre rating and all the negative feedback are unfortunately justified. Having my family here I would not hesitate to spread this to as many people as possible and ask them to do the same I therefore confirm: Very long wait for fast food type food. We kindly ask if we can have chicken in the cold sandwich instead of ham as there are few options for cold sandwiches without pork and this is more appreciated at lunchtime than hot. The person at the cash register very nice then asks his colleague in the kitchen if it is possible and the young brunette girl in the kitchen answers very coldly and annoyed NO curtly without even looking at us. The person at the checkout seemed embarrassed by his answer. A friendlier tone would have been appreciated and even more an effort to replace the food in the sandwich since there are hot chicken sandwiches and it is something you can ask for everywhere. Even if I can understand that it is a difficult job, the customers have nothing to do with it, in short we will not return there are several other similar places right next door where I am sure that we will be better welcomed. We would have actually gone to the Mondino bakery, right next door and where it is incomparably better (and where everyone is very nice) but unfortunately it closes between 1 and 3 p.m. which is why we fell back here. Having a card that you can 't supposedly change (for a sandwich I 've never heard of that), doesn 't prevent you from being friendly and polite . We actually therefore fell back on hot food when it was extremely hot because we had already waited 40 minutes with a 4-year-old child and in addition the products were not of good quality. The privileged location of your restaurant will not be enough to make it last go back to your business as a trader and listen a little to the negative opinions which are made to help you move forward and not to have answers outside the reality of a rude owner.

The dishes are well stocked, the staff and the owner are smiling. Special mention for the fricadelle submachine gun!! A delight!! Contrary to what is written below the restaurant is very clean I recommend this place Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Trust the comments!! I confirm that I the manager is very unpleasant. All this for food that isn't even good... too bad Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
