Contribuiți la feedbackThe Place is both the most magical and the weirdest we know. Obviously, it 's not for everyone. But I swear before the Holy Mother that the meat is of quality. The 700g steaks of beef, the tartares served in a bowl and the whole salad bowls of fries, can be enjoyed with meters of Génépi shots served free at 95dB. The boss, Thierry (a golden man), is of relative finesse and creates a memorable atmosphere (but comes to serve in your bottle as compensation). He also has a fanny pack filled with slices of sausage that he can throw on the fly in case of shortage. A chef, but also a DJ and politician, he gives his opinion on the people of Lyon, the Parisians, the chances for France and vegans, in a spirit of debate halfway between Schopenhauer and your drunk uncle. You have to take his insults with kindness, and don 't hesitate to say a random f er to get his attention. DJ, but also singer-songwriter, he knows how to brighten up evenings with profound lyrics, but also to attack his enemies. In short, any evening there is exceptional, but the following days are hard. Unfortunately, the place is closed. For how long, I don 't know. Why, we all know. But it still makes me sad. Tweety, we miss you.
Pitiful! No value judgment in my comments, these are just the facts and nothing more. Deplorable restaurant, staff, service and dishes.... Savoyard fondue with cheese coming out of a plastic bag without any flavor, fatty which is not worth the price displayed....I'm not even talking about the bread served with it.... A pizza whose dough comes out of industrial plastic and which is more disgusting than the one from the supermarket.and I’m not even talking about the topping. A single and totally overwhelmed server to manage 3 rooms.... And the pompom: a “boss” chef who tries to put on a show with a microphone (who would be better off not) without taking care of his customers and who allows himself to insult them when they point out to him that we waited 1h20 for someone to come and take our order with a 2 year old..1h40 for someone to bring us just a carafe of water.. Change your job sir! You have no business being in the restaurant business and even less as a boss! You gorge on people passing by and give a bad image of the restaurant, local products and the resort. All you have to do is read your responses to the numerous dissatisfied customer reviews who all tell you the same thing (bad food, insults, contempt, threats and so on)...Yes Sir, YOUR CUSTOMERS, those who tell you bring to life... You feel strong behind your counter surrounded by your staff to insult and physically threaten your customers, this shows your great intelligence and it is very courageous....I have never seen such contempt from a chef business. Read the local press, you will understand why this gentleman felt all-powerful....but that was before... Here you go to the bandiera di Corsica. Come instead with my companion and 2 family members on the recommendations of a friend! It was a great night! What do we got? Dance! Food level, nothing to say! Great copious, great! The boss is the boss! A real character who made us spend an excellent evening ambianed to the best!!!! Because tonight is a special evening!
