Dido's Food Wine - La Romana

What a fantastic place to get a few cocktails and a great place to dinner. we had a few appetizers and a paella that was one of the best I ever had. the owner dido came to the bar to welcome us and show us. the best part was the zigarre and wine cellar . beautiful and fresh cigars can be the quality. By the way, the place is very clean, friendly staff and the food wine a i will definitely be back.

I went to didos restuarant on March 30, 2021. I went with my family who visited new york. I have to say I've been expecting more than that. I give the restaurant 5 stars and if I could give it more, I would do it. great atmosphere, great service, flawless cleanliness. our waiters were so attentive to our needs. the food was to die for I ordered the churrasco it was delicious as I ordered it. the sangria I must say was the best sangria I've ever had. I live in new york and wee and dine a lot. sangria is my drink of choice and has tried many. the prizes were also great. my family and I were very satisfied that it was worth every dollar. can not wait to visit again!

Elegant but casual . Great servixe the waiters are phenomenal. Food sekection could use more variation but they do have meals for kids such has hamburger and chicken fingers.

The restaurant had an review of 4.4 and I thought it could be worth visiting. The ambiance was quite nice and the server were also quite polite and I was given the food cocktail menu. The prices were quite intense however I ordered a rib eye steak with grilled vegetables and a green salad. Also I decided not for the first red wine which was offered as it tasted like vinegar but choose a Norton Malbec. Wine choice was good.I ordered my steak medium. Got delivered a well done not a rib eye steak. I refused and few minutes later the waiter brought me another. Knowing how long a steak needs you realise that this was maybe the steak they prepared for me but delivered something cheap hoping I would not complain. So this steak was actually rare and not even warm...to wrap up ..don't go there if you want a good steak or even a good espresso. Both were awful!! Ended up paying nearly 60us$ definitely not worth !!!!
