Can Sagal - La Roca del Vallès

HORRIBLE!!!! We ordered grilled vegetables and they were raw, you couldn't eat them. When they had to bring the second ones, they said they didn't have what we had asked for quite a while ago. The waiter service seemed like a joke, with bad manners, they didn't listen, they forgot things... and they were fighting with each other all the time. To top off the curd that 3 of us had ordered for dessert, it was in bad shape. We also found a piece of plastic in the glass. When we asked for the bill, it was bad, they had overcharged and the price of some dishes was exorbitant. For the service received, it was not at all worth what we paid. Subimos a celebrar un cumpleaños a precio cerrado de 17,5€. Todos los platos muy correctos pero al acabar Santi (el dueño) ya nos pedia 20€. La bebida toda era a parte, todos pagamos lo nuestro (siempre falta alguna cosa por pagar como es obvio), pero él al acabar la cena, obligo bajo amenaza a pagar 250€ a la persona del cumpleaños extras. En el tiket que le dio salian 15 aguas a un precio de casi 4€ que durante la cena nadie pidio, mas de 60 cervezas (la mayoria ya pagadas) y un Martin Miller que obviamente nadie pidio. Ademas de tratar muy mal a una camarera durante el servicio a nuestra mesa gritandole y cogiendola del brazo, hasta el punto de que abandono su puesto de trabajo. No volveremos mas m, ya que hoy hemos subido a reclamar nuestro dinero y encima se ha burlado de nosotros. Este hombre es un impresentable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been going to Can Sagal from time to time for years and it always surprises me. Not very extensive menu but high quality products and preparation. And Santi, as always, super attentive. If you haven't gone try...you'll be back. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
