Lo mejor es la ubicación a 50 metros de la plaza principal, es el bar-café del Shopping Catedral, el cual posee 2 sectores: una parte esta la planta baja y el otro en el primer piso. En el tercer piso está el patio de comidas y la sala de juegos. Con respecto al café-bar: la camarera se demora mucho para atender a los clientes, las facturas y el café son de buena calidad, el wifi es excelente, en el lugar hay aire acondicionado algo muy importante para La Rioja y por último permiten fumar a pesar que está prohibido por ley en lugares cerrados.
