Chipotle Mexican Grill - La Puente

The experience was enjoyable overall. The staff was friendly, and while the portion sizes could have been better, the flavors were definitely great!

This is not the way to operate a Chipotle. I've been coming here for a long time, and the portion control has become ridiculous. A new employee was working, and it seemed like she was instructed to give only the bare minimum. Just take a look at the photo I included. The way the bowl looked is how they filled it. If you're going to reduce portion sizes, you should consider using smaller bowls instead of having employees skimp on servings. That's really poor practice. If this is how they plan to run things, I probably won't be returning to this Chipotle. Additionally, the food area was extremely dirty, and the steak was undercooked.

For years I?ve been coming here and getting my burrito and leave. One time I tried the tacos and it wasn?t good so I stop near trying new things. But last week I decided to test the salad and what can I tell you it was so good that I think I?m gonna switch to salads from here from now on. One thing I noticed they don?t put enough meat so I paid extra all the time.

The drinking water from soda fountain had extreamly strong chemical smell of like.... flouride or chlorine. food was good. The manager is not checking water quality everyday I guess. i hope they are using different water for cooking. Clean and nice patio for lunch

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I walked in at 9:30 PM on October 5, 2022, and was met with unpleasant looks from the entire staff, with no one bothering to greet me. The girl who was serving my bowls had an awful attitude, making me feel embarrassed for ordering two simple bowls. One of the employees even said, "I'm not making you a burrito." It was frustrating; how hard is it to scoop some ingredients into a bowl and put a lid on it?
