The delivery took an eternity, and the delivery person was nowhere near us when he called to ask for our location. This was my first and last order from this place!

I don't usually complain, but these people are just unprofessional. they are very rude and hang on them while they try to command one. they need better staff and management.

Horrible I spent two hours calling and waiting and I just got a refund just now but my money still isn't back yet because it's still pending purchase don't order online it's just horrible

I ordered delivery for convenience, yet I still had to drive to meet the delivery person. At this point, it feels more like a hassle, and they shouldn't expect a tip, especially when they misled me about finding the place. This is quite unprofessional.
