Marco's Pizza - La Porte

I used to love Marcos and wished they would continue making the same quality pizzas they used to. However, they have really deteriorated in quality. They skimp on their toppings now and don't even bother to cut the green peppers. Who wants whole slices of green pepper on their pizza?

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The pizzas are consistently delicious, the service is incredibly efficient, and the staff are fantastic. This is my favorite pizza place in town!

If I could give this store a zero I would. I ordered a steak and cheese sub. Suppose to be steak cheese mayo mushrooms and add black olives. My order was for delivery i also had an Italian sub and salad. They told me it would be 50 min. When delivered my order was $32 i handed the boy $40 never got offered change no biggie i would have gave him it as a tip anyway. I open my sandwich and all there is is bread cheese mushrooms and banana peppers.....no meat???? I call back to be told they can not re deliver a new sandwich...so i ask to speak to the manager. Her name was Ashlet. She proceeds to tell me they will redeliver in 2 hrs and proceeded to laugh about the whole situation. When asked for cooperate number she proceds to cuss and tell me she does not know the number and good luck to me and her name is Ashley and proceeded to laugh and hang up.....worst customer service ever.....

I absolutely adore their pizza, but my fiancé doesn't like it. I have to admit, it can be a bit greasy, but that doesn't bother me at all. I often receive 50% off coupons when I haven't visited in a while, which always entices me to return. In all the times I've ordered from here, there has only been one negative experience. That was when I ordered delivery and was told my order was too small, but as I was heading out to pick it up, the delivery driver arrived.

Josh is a absolute d . They missed my salads on delivery was told she bring them right back. Never came. Called store only to be told not enough drivers after being asked if I wanted to place a order for delivery. Had to drive down there and speak to the little punk and he was surprised I showed up. Said he would give me store credit I said no you will give me my salads. Then gets mad and makes them. What a joke of a manger
